Therapy

your way

I offer a choice of ways to meet, so you can access therapy in the way that feels safest, most comfortable and most supportive for you.

Ways we can work together

Who I work with

I work in a trauma-informed way, which means we can gently explore your past and the ways it may still be showing up in the present. Together, we can begin to understand why some things feel so hard.

When we remain curious, without judgement, therapy can offer a new experience of relationship — and a new way of seeing yourself, your history, and your relationships. Over time, this can help you develop deeper understanding and compassion for the parts of you that have adapted and worked so hard to survive.

If we are processing trauma together, I will keep checking in with you and make sure we move at your pace.

Text on a pale pink background reads "Working in a trauma-informed way" with a small decorative element below.
Two sections, one labeled Adults with a cozy living room scene including a wooden armchair, a lamp, and a curtain; the other labeled Young people (16+), showing a desk with a notebook, pens, headphones, a candle, and plants.
